The purpose of a public meeting of the Board is to
conduct the affairs of the School in public. Your participation assures us of continuing community interest in our School. To assist you in the ease of speaking/participating in our meetings, the following guidelines are provided: Board meeting attendees may speak during regular meetings during the public comment period regarding items on the agenda or regarding general
concerns. Speakers will be allotted three (3) minutes. The Board permits up to twenty (20) minutes for public comment on any one topic. The Board does not respond to public comments but may give directives to staff at the end of the public comment period. ERCLC thanks you for your cooperation in advance. Our community’s health and safety is our highest priority.
